PCB Pakistan said they got security assurances from West Bengal Indian government
As the world T20 cricket world cup has begun, the Pakistan cricket team yet not permitted by their authorities to get participate in the tournament for security threats by the local extremist groups. After many negotiations between ICC, Indian government and Pakistani authorities, now it is officially said by the West Bengal government that they have issued the written statement / security assurance to the ICC for Pakistani team as we will give high level security to Pakistani team members and officials in India. This news also confirmed by CAB President Sourave Ganguly.
