The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) gives guidelines as every year, on this Eid, the banks also giving new currency notes on Eid-ul-Fitr 2019, which will be available from May 20 and May 31, 2019. There is a SMS service for getting / booking new currency notes. The method is very simple as below.

SMS Charges of this SMS service are Rs2 + tax per SMS
You will get back confirmation message with redemption code, e-branch address and expiry date of redemption code.
