How to Report Stolen Mobile Phone, Full procedure
If your mobile phone / handset has been stolen or snatched, so you can block that mobile in following ways.

>> Call PTA Helpline at 0800-25625
>> Send email to PTA at imei@pta.gov.pk
>> Goto PTA Headquarters or your nearest PTA Zonal Office
>> You can contact Citizen Police Liason Committee (APLC) Helpline at 0321-35682222 or 0321-35662222 or 1102 to report Stolen / snatched mobile phone set.

What document required for reporting stolen phone?
>> All IMEIs of stolen mobile phone
>> Mobile number which being used in stolen mobile phone
>> Mobile Brand Name, Color and Model
>> Date of incident, Place of of incident
>> Your Name
>> CNIC Number
>> Father's and Mother's name
>> Full Address
>> Contact Number

To get latest update after compalinting stolen mobile phone
You can get latest update / information of your stolen mobile after 16 working hours from time of reporting by following method:
>> Send your IMEI via SMS to 8484
>> Check from PTA website at http://www.dirbs.ta.gov.pk
>> From PTA Android App DVS

If you mobile phone blocked then you will see following message from search box.
Reported / Stolen / Miused mobile phone IMEI blocked.

How to check mobile IMEI Number?
Dial *#06# from your dialpad of mobile phone.
IMEI also printed on Mobile Phone Box.
