BMW i8 will use Hardened Glass for Noise/Weight Reductions

BMW maker announced that they will use the hardened glass like smartphones to reduce the noise and weight for make BMW i8 Hybrid Card more comfortable for drivers. The toughened glass protect the smartphone screens from scratches but the automaker still not unveiled the material name that they will use to weight reduction of this hybrid car because the Gorilla Glass material already used in smartphones for scratch resistant, however they said that this model will be available in year 2014 with lighter weight and with new interior designs.

The BMW i8 will have the weight of about 3285 pounds and it is expected that they will also use the CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic) material for this Hybrid Vehicle of BMW model.
