Twitter has declared the loss to its company in the first quarter of year 2013 in their IPO documents. Twitter wants to enter in the USA Stocks in the name of "TWTR" but did not disclose yet that in which market they are introducing their shares New York Stock Exchange or NASDAC. Twitter gets most of their earning from the Mobile Advertising and gets about 65% earning from their mobile ads in the year 2013 and about 75% customers used Twitter through their mobiles. Twitter also said that the two co-founders of Twitter can also get the TWTR shares from the open market. The Technology and Financial experts are saying about this IPO by Twitter that they should have give full attention to the quality of service for their customers not by offering the IPO in the share markets. Twitter should give more satisfied services to their world wide customers which already is very easy to use and not enough burden to data usage for mobile or DSL Internet.
